  • You can return items within three days of receiving them, applicable to all non-customized products that are unopened and meet the following conditions:

    • The product is in new condition and resellable.

    • Includes the sales receipt, all related accessories, manuals, tags, original packaging (e.g., box, cotton bag, product protection tags, etc.), gifts (if any), and paper invoice (if available).

Note: The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized products.

  • Perishable or fresh goods.

  • Products that may pose a safety risk or impact health after opening.

  • Products whose quality may change after opening.

  • Other products that are unsuitable for return due to their nature.

Return Process:

b. Place the sales receipt, all related accessories, manuals, tags, gifts (if any), and paper invoice (if any) into the original shipping box.
c. Properly seal your package and arrange for a pickup by your courier service.


2. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange your product within three days of delivery for another item of equal value, provided the product is in perfect condition and unopened.

Note: The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Customized products.

  • Watches and jewelry.
